Coaching programs are paid in full before work begins. Once we have started building your plan, a program fee is not refundable.
The VIP membership is month to month. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Coaching is guidance and accountability, not medical treatment. It does not replace advice from your doctor. Talk to your physician before changing your training, nutrition, or supplements.
